An update

Its been a while since I last posted here. I am not a great community leader am I? :)

Personally, its been a crazy couple of months since the paranormal conference out in Welches. First, I am no longer with the PLA. I have formed the Western Associated Research for Paranormal Encounters (WARPE) for short along with several other associates of mine. It has been a gangbusters ride out of the gate!

Feel free to check us out at http://warpe.org. Its not much of a site right now but there is some of our evidence posted for your entertainment and debate!

I will post more shortly. Any questions, feel free to drop me a line!

So the conference was amazing!

For those who did not get to go to the Rose City Paranormal Conference, it was incredible! The people there were great, the lectures were amazing, and the networking we did was astounding! The PLA even won an award there for our table!

The most amazing part was the investigation we all did at the pioneer settlement on the actual Oregon Trail! We had physical movement we could not debunk! A rocking chair rocked on its own for over 30 seconds! It was an amazing time.

Wanted to give a special shout out and thank you to the MAPS team down in Eugene for letting us sub in for your MIA investigators. Could not have done it without you!

Because of the conference, the PLA has quite a few things on our plates. We have 1 confirmed new member and a possible second. We also have several investigations now lined up over the course of the next 3 months.

Things are looking busy!

Oh, and I will be on 2 different internet radio shows coming up! The first is tomorrow at 10 P.M est/7 pacific of Spirit Finders radio! Link is http://www.blogtalkradio.com/Spirit-Finders-Radio.

My next appearance will be on TIPS radio at 3pm PST. URL for that one is http://www.blogtalkradio.com/TIPS-Radio.

Call in numbers are on the websites. Feel free to call in!

Until next time everyone, be safe and happy hunting!

Welcome to the Northwest Paranormal community!
mortisamor
Hello! I figured since I created this community, I should do a quick entry.

My name is Gabriel and I am the Tech Manager for the Paranormal League of America in Portland, Oregon! You can check us out at

http://www.paranormalleagueofamerica.org/

I should mention that this page is a separate entity from the PLA. This is my own project.

Why did I create this community? Well, its a fun tale. I grew up on the east coast. My grandparents home was built on a civil war battlefield. This house was HOT! It had everything from residual hauntings to full on apparitions. We think there may even have been an elemental there due to the sadistic and violent nature of some of the events that have gone on there.

Needless to say, the paranormal has always been a part of my life. I am now taking it to the next level by trying my best to help others who are having the same issues I have experienced.

It is my hope that this community will be a gathering point for anyone in the Pacific Northwest to come and share their experiences. If you feel like you need help, or if you are a paranormal investigation group who would like to share stories in an open forum, this is the place to talk!

I invite anyone to post, but please be respectful.
